We started with Ted and Penny in the design phase who were extremely patient, listened to our needs and were willing to work through several iterations of design until we settled on something we were happy with. Once the job commenced we were so pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and respectful all the teams were in working around us while we continued to live on site. Led so well by Project Manager Emilio from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble for the guys and their attention to detail was evident. We engaged Extensions Unlimited for a second story renovation of a free standing house on a strata title. Our appointed designer Barry was fantastic and really made our vision of what we were trying to achieve come to life. He listened to all our needs and kept the charm of our California bungalow as requested, as well as designing a functional internal space, giving us the second living zone we wanted as our kids approached the teenage years. The company stood out from the very beginning in terms of customer service as well as promptness and clarity of communication.Our project was finished on time and within budget.Have to especially acknowledge Emilio, our building manager and Barry West, our designer.Barry was very patient and attentive with our requirements in the design stages. He went out of his way to meet us outside working hours and was very clear and meticulous with everything.Emilio was easy to communicate with and was readily available on the phone even outside normal hours. He was very pro active with addressing all the issues which crept up during the build stage and efficiently managed the project within the agreed time frame
