We had a great experience with extensions unlimited. We used them, as friends in Hampton and Cheltenham had found them good to work with for their projects, and it was the same for us. We added on a floor upstairs (2 beds, bathroom, rumpus) and moved some walls downstairs. The job was completed on time (about 6m all in), the quality was good, and Brett (the project manager) and the rest of the team were good to deal with. When we hit any issues, we talked through the options together and worked out a plan. And they helped rescue our cat when it got stuck in the sub floor.

We engaged Extensions Unlimited for a second story renovation of a free standing house on a strata title. Our appointed designer Barry was fantastic and really made our vision of what we were trying to achieve come to life. We are very happy with the result of our upstairs Extention. Our project manager kept us in the loop at all times, and each of the trades were very respectful of me, my family and our dogs as we lived in the home throughout the renovation. All done within the contracted time frame too! 😊

After finding out we were expecting a little bundle of joy, my wife and I contemplated moving or extending to create our family home. We were referred to extensions unlimited and we are now in our beautiful new home with a healthy new born baby. We had a 2nd level extension built with Extensions Unlimited and are extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish. Barry's design was excellent and he spent a great deal of time with us getting a good understanding of what we wanted and giving us good idea's also. He also explained the process thoroughly. The process itself was easy for us as we didn't have to do anything other then let it happen. The Project Manger, Emilio, was quite simply amazing - any little issue or concern was sorted out immediately. He dealt with all the trades and let us know what was happening and when so we were aware, which was very helpful as we were living in the house at the time. He is such a calm and understanding person considering what a high stress job he has. Thanks again Emilio, you are a legend.

Very happy with our upstairs extension. The company stood out from the very beginning in terms of customer service as well as promptness and clarity of communication.Our project was finished on time and within budget.Have to especially acknowledge Emilio, our building manager and Barry West, our designer.Barry was very patient and attentive with our requirements in the design stages. He went out of his way to meet us outside working hours and was very clear and meticulous with everything.Emilio was easy to communicate with and was readily available on the phone even outside normal hours. He was very pro active with addressing all the issues which crept up during the build stage and efficiently managed the project within the agreed time frame
