Our Process for Creating Beautiful Extensions

Design, Working Drawings, Permits and Engineering, Assurances, Contracts & Construction

At Extensions Unlimited, our process for house extensions in Essendon is completely transparent. We’re transparent on what designs might best suit your lifestyle, and we’re also transparent on price. Nothing will come as a surprise because we’ve been doing this for the past since 1994 and we’ve perfected our process. It all begins with the design phase, where we listen to your ideas and offer our expert guidance and feedback. Next, we create the working drawings for our builders. We are very proactive in the permits and engineering phase, where we deal directly with your council. After project viability is checked from a council and engineering perspective, we invite you to sign the second part of the contract to proceed with the project. Watch your extension come to life during the construction stage. You can feel confident that our assurances meet industry standards and ensure quality work. To top it all off, we will assign you a personal project manager for updates on the project. To see how this process works, take a look at our past house extension projects.
