How We Work
Design, Working Drawings, Permits and Engineering, Assurances, Contracts & Construction Over the many years since our establishment in 1994, we’ve fine-tuned a highly efficient process for bringing your house extensions in Preston to fruition. Beginning with an extensive consultation to gather your ideas and lifestyle information, we meticulously craft the perfect design. Subsequently, we create detailed working drawings for our builders and liaise with the local council to secure permits and adhere to engineering requirements. Moreover, we offer assurances to guarantee the level of service you can expect from us. Following soil and feasibility testing for the extension, we invite you to proceed to the construction phase, the most exhilarating part—the transformation of your dream home into a reality. Throughout the building process, any queries can be addressed to your designated project manager, ensuring a worry-free experience.
