If we could give 10 stars we would. The entire team at Extensions Unlimited have been outstanding from start to finish. Our designer Barry listened to the issues we had with our house and created a plan for us which transformed our small dark cottage into a modern, light and spacious home.Nick our project manager was amazing. He made the whole process for us as easy and stress free as possible. He kept us informed as to the building schedule and organised everything regarding the build. He ensured all work was completed to the highest standard and that deadlines were met.Also a huge thanks to Ritchie and Trav for their incredible skills and attention to detail in building it all. They always went the extra mile and strove for perfection in everything they did.We cannot recommend Extensions Unlimited highly enough.Rach and Steve

We went through an amazing experience with Extensions Unlimited with our rencent extension and renovation. Barry was our designer who understood our vision and brought it to life. Penny from the office was amazing with the contracts and permits and kept everything progressing smootly. Our project manager was Jack who continously kept us informed of the progress and was always willing to listen and assist in any way possible. We highly recommend Extensions Unlimited if you are looking to complete an extension to your home! My first phone call to enquire, I spoke to Sandy Pavey who explained the entire process and immediately put me at ease. Ted Bolte, our designer, listened and understood our vision and worked closely with us as we arrived at a design for our extension/renovation that we were excited about. Penni Winter, the pre-construction manager, has unending patience dealing with council and was always reassuring. She seamlessly manages everything leading up to the start of construction. Brett Harvey, our builder and project manager, was a delight to work with. He is responsive, calm and always happy to discuss questions and explain everything. We found all the trades that came into our home were fantastic - the quality of work is great and everyone was friendly and always happy to have a chat and answer questions.From start to finish, we always felt that our home was in good hands and everyone involved was invested in giving us a home our family will enjoy for years to come. Extensions Unlimited were simply amazing! From the very first point of contact to the handover at the end, it was just seamless, much like a well-oiled machine. Barry West, the designer, listened to what we wanted and came up with a design we were so happy with. He has a real eye for detail and made our second storey extension blend seamlessly with our existing period home.Brett, our Project Manager was great too and kept us informed via sending us schedules every few weeks. He was always available to take our call if needed and very helpful.We lived in our house while the second storey went on; we were a bit worried how we would cope, living in a construction site, but it honestly was so easy.We would recommend Extensions Unlimited to anyone looking for a builder. We are over the moon with our result!

Very happy with our new extension and the experience we received through Extensions Unlimited. Its certainly turned our home into a very functional space for our growing family! From the design, to dealing with council, prebuild and building we found the process fairly streamlined. We appreciated the communication and organization we received from our project manager- things happened when he said they would (Thanks Nick!). We had a three year old who was heavily involved in the building process and we especially loved how the crew would engage his love for all things construction (Thanks Richie, Trav and PJ). We found all the contractors to be professional and the team really responsive to anything that we weren't quite sure about. Would certainly recommend Extensions Unlimited for anyone considering an addition to their home.

We had the most amazing experience with Extensions Unlimited. They listened, they communicated and they delivered. I can't praise them highly enough for their prompt response, transparency and their professionalism. Living in the house through an upstairs extensions and renovations with three teenage girls and a dog was not so bad after all. Our Designer, Barry, was so dedicated and patient, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We engaged Extensions Unlimited for a second story renovation of a free standing house on a strata title. Our appointed designer Barry was fantastic and really made our vision of what we were trying to achieve come to life. He listened to all our needs and kept the charm of our California bungalow as requested, as well as designing a functional internal space, giving us the second living zone we wanted as our kids approached the teenage years. Penni in permits was great and guided us seamlessly through this portion getting us to building stage. Our appointed project manager Emilio was super. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped us navigate living through the build. The appointed trades were fantastic and did a fabulous job. The company directors were great at checking in and letting us know they were available if needed.

Our dealing with Extensions Unlimited has been a positive and great experience. We explored all our options on whether we went knock down rebuild, having an architect design an extension and then needing to find a builder to build it. We are glad we settled on Extensions Unlimited who did it all for us. From the design stage with Barry which was a great experience who showed so much level of detail. Then through to admin with Steve and his team and then with Nick who project managed the build with his trades who had great attention to detail for the build. The majority of the build was done through the uncertainty of COVID. We were recommended Extensions Unlimited through some friends who too had a similar experience and are glad we took their advice.

I’m sure that there are plenty of other people who we didn’t deal with day to day that have played a part in extending our home and we can’t thank them enough. I could not be happier with my experience with Extensions Unlimited. The design they came up with for the second story has perfectly suited our lifestyle, turning a small 3 bedroom home into a 4 bedroom, 2 office, 2 living area home with space for everyone to spread out but also accommodate two people working from home.The build itself was far quicker than the anticipated timeline, which we greatly appreciated during an incredibly cold and dreary Melbourne winter. This included us making some modifications along the way. We contacted the team at Extensions Unlimited to discuss the possibility of adding a second story to our existing dwelling. From that first phone call, we experienced warm and enthusiastic staff that were happy to answer any of our questions. The design team was great to work with, producing an excellent layout that met our family's needs. The communication from the office was excellent throughout all the different stages of the build. Our project manager Matt was awesome, managing our extension with clear and frequent communication. We are extremely happy with the end result - the new addition looks like it was always supposed to be there! We have already highly recommended Extensions Unlimited to a number of people in the neighborhood that have knocked on our door after admiring our extension. The overall process of dealing with Extensions Unlimited was seamless, and started with a really collaborative and engaging design process. The team were able to navigate some tricky council issues, as well as manage the whole process in-and-out of lock downs. The project was delivered on cost and in time, inline with expectations. From the start of the project, we have been very impressed by how dedicated, organised and professional the Extensions Unlimited team have been. It has certainly been a very testing time during the height of COVID-19 lockdowns and got there in the end. After speaking with a number of companies, I am so happy that we chose to go with extensions unlimited for our second story build and renovation of our downstairs area. From the first meeting right through the whole process, the team was great to work with. I found everyone to be friendly, and very open and receptive to any questions, changes I may have had. I was always informed exactly where the project was at, and what was coming next. Also with Covid and the lockdown, the team was amazing and was still able to complete on schedule which really impressed us. We had a 2nd level extension built with Extensions Unlimited and are extremely happy with the whole process from start to finish. Barry's design was excellent and he spent a great deal of time with us getting a good understanding of what we wanted and giving us good idea's also. He also explained the process thoroughly. The process itself was easy for us as we didn't have to do anything other then let it happen. The Project Manger, Emilio, was quite simply amazing - any little issue or concern was sorted out immediately. He dealt with all the trades and let us know what was happening and when so we were aware, which was very helpful as we were living in the house at the time.
