How We Work
Design, Working Drawings, Permits and Engineering, Assurances, Contracts & Construction
Over the since 1994 we’ve been in business, we’ve created a well-oiled process for bringing your house extensions in Reservoir to life. First, we sit down with you and collect all your ideas and information about your lifestyle so we can craft the perfect design. Next we make working drawings for our builders. We liaise with your local council to get permits and engineering requirements done. We also have assurances in place to certify the standard of service you can expect from us. After the soil and feasibility testing of the extension, we invite you to sign on for the second part – the construction. This is truly the most exciting part – seeing your dream home take shape before your eyes. And if you have any questions throughout the building process, you can always ask your delegated project manager, so you’ll have nothing to worry about.
